All orders are processed within 7-10 business days before they are ready for shipment.

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Jsandillc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email Jsandillc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is already in processing and cannot be canceled.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its status.
